Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 33 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore.
I am working today as usual. It is a short week this week with Thursday and Friday off for Christmas. I will be happy to have some time off. This whole virtual teaching thing is difficult with some biology topics.
No plans for after work except to start cleaning for Christmas Eve brunch. What's everyone else up to today?

Not much for me. Today hubs will go pick up the last of what we need to make stuffed cabbage for Christmas. Wednesday we will make the cabbage rolls. Not much else planned for this week. It's going to be horrendously cold for Christmas; but we may have a white Christmas for those that care....I don't...I can do without s**w. Have a good week!

@NJChicaa We made two at Thanksgiving and put one in the freezer; so we will have it either for Christmas or New Year's.
