Who hates drivers that talk on cell phones?

Or are you the one that does. I myself dont have one but have seen accidents from people that are reaching for one or just not paying attention while talking.

i do not hate them as such but i think it is not safe to talk while driving.

its very dangerous to drive and talk on cell phone at same time..i don't do it and wish others wouldn't either.
