Probabaly "IKOBO" is the solution for you.You might have heard of "IKOBO" account which is used in countries where there is no PAYPAL.So, no need to worry about that and try talking to some of the seniors from your place who might have already got their intial mylot payment. This might help you a lot regarding mylot payment ......All the Best....

EON - E-ON Electron is the new way of paying cash. You can use your EON Visa Electron card to get cash at more than 531,000 ATMs worldwide. Using your EON Visa Electron card is safer than carrying cash, and faster than making a trip to the bank. Use your EON Visa Electron card today and find out for yourself.
Paypal is available in the Philippines but u need to have a credit card to verify your account. You can apply EON (Unionbank) for free, zero deposit but it has 350 pesos yearly maintenance fee. http://www.unionbankph.com/content.asp?paramID=AMBKABZZAC You can also apply for ikobo however I am not sure who will going to handle card shipping fees. Paypal has debit card also, it has a master card logo and you can also use it as atm:)
