Finally, it's over. The Holiday season is behind us and now we look forward to a New Year that we hold a lot of hope on. We hope that it will be better than this year has been. Sadly, I don't see much change. As this country remains in shut down and awaiting a government's relief package which is sorely needed, and it's on hold due to our leaders not being able to agree on how much we should receive. I hate politics. I love my country but hate how our government has so much control over the fate of our lives. What does 2021 hold in store for us? I don't know, but so far it does not look good to me.

I agree. And I'm usually the kind of person that sees the bright side of things. But after this year, It is hard to believe that things will get better.

@MistyckMoon I'm also a cheerful and optimistic person. There is nothing wrong with hoping for better things, as that is what we want. However, we also have to be realistic. The world has been changed dramatically with this virus. Even if we solve the virus problem, there are a number of serious things wrong with the way we are running the world and how we are looking after the earth.

Well, this is definitely a trying time. Hopefully, the phrase time heals will ring true in 2021. We can only wait and hope the right answers will be found in time...

What we have to look forward to I am afraid is inside of each one of us because outwardly it is not looking good.
