Waking up in the middle of the night: Little Women.

I did not turn off the TV last night and when I woke up at 4 AM a British remake of Little Women was just starting. The movie (2019) is by far the best version I have seen. It is more a coming to age film nearer the idea of Alcott´s book. I loved it. Now I´ll try to go to sleep again. My head hurts a bit as ot happens when I don´t sleep well. I highly recommend the movie. I´m sure it can be found in YouTube. Today, when I get up, I´ll make some walnut balls to take to Dixie´s. I´ll go to their house for New Year´s eve. See you.

Read Little Women ages ago and found it a bit dull compared to Pride and Prejudice. But since you recommend it, I will take a sneak peek.

I hope you have a relaxing night and feel better, I always enjoy the old version of Little Woman with a young Katherine Hepburn as Jo,

I haven´t seen that one. The older one I have seen was the 1949 one with Elizabeth Taylor.

I have a book to read about the 'perceived' life and adventures of their father.

@marguicha I think it's Geraldine Brooks but I'll have to find it again to find out for sure.
