How to deal with loss of Appetite....

I was never a great eater, but I still could manage to eat sufficient amount and three meals a day!!!
For last few months, I have drastically reduced my weight and no matter how much I try, I am not able to eat much. Even when I feel like, my stomach says " FULL FULL"
Any suggestions.....????

Wow ... i mean my stomach acts total opposite ... Especially it gets excited when it see fast foods around

Was there a time when you enjoyed eating food? Since I have been on my journey of losing weight and it took a while but I can look at food and not want it. I do not eat like I once did. Mine is because I do not need food. Have you talked to your doctor about this?

I read that you consulted a doctor and all seems fine. I was going to suggest that. If you are not having enough appetite try to put more healthy calories in your plate. More of protein, nuts etc. So that you don't loose unnecessary weight and have enough supplements
I hope it's not something disturbing you emotionally or subconsciously.

Are you under stress? But seriously, if you are healthy and fit then you dont need to be worry about anything.
