Wish you a very Happy New Year 2021. Both me and kids have off today. There was dense fog in the morning and we are doing things like a sloth. And not much more active than a hibernating Polar Bear !!

Plus some indigestion cold plus the cold weather is making me uncomfortable. Perhaps this new year I first need to take care of myself more !! Any 1st Jan plans?

Ok. I was wondering about Marc, so asked you about it on your first post about it. I did my beauty treatment yesterday, so now getting ready too with all foods ready just to warm up and eat. Got my noise make & toy drum to ring in new year.

It is finally the 1st of the year so I can wish you Happy New Year, for Italian wishing in advance is bad luck, in fact I stopped being on myLot yesterday to avoid "being wished in advance".

@DianneN In the north of Italy we are not very strict about this, they are in the south and in France people got crazy if you wished the New Year in advance. I did not know when we moved there, I am glad that our friend informed me as son as I made the faux pas to wish him Happy New Year when we met on Christmas.

I wanted to celebrate New Years at home as well but hubby says he doesn't want to. We already did that last year. If he really wanted to do something not at home he should've brought it up in advance and not last minute. He told me one of his customers invited him over for New Years but I told him I don't want to go a stranger's house. His mom said we can come and I told him if he wants to do that that's fine but he told me he doesn't want to do that. As of yet, I have no idea what we are doing for New Years. And if we are staying at home what we will eat... He has told me nothing.

@DianneN We stayed home. Ended up ordering sushi. We were on the couch watching the ball drop. We didn't even make it past 1 am. We fell asleep.
