eat as much carbohydrates as you can, lol! then after a while take a sleep then eat again, then sleep again, lol. that was my sister's advice way back in college because i was too thin. but i'm proud to be slim because it really takes time and effort to loose weight whenever you'll become fat, hahaha. i think i've gain weight when i got married and have a child but that's not my advice to you, lol. Just eat a lot and rest a lot:) hope it helps

Increase the number of meals per day to 5 or 6 small balanced meals. Protein powders and shakes can be added as meals. Some are flavored and only need added water and some others can blended with water or your choice of juices to improve the taste. It would be a plus to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psillium powder to add some healthy fiber.
If you need to gain weight, it is possible to do so in a healthy manner with the right foods and exercise. Eating junk foods, sugary or greasy foods is not healthy. Neither are taking steroids or questionable supplements. Be sure that anything you take into your body is healthy.

Go to buffets! Try to eat more than you do now. You don't have to eat all that fattening food. Just eat more than you eat now. Perhaps sitting at the computer all day eating. I wish you well in gaining weight. Try to do it slowly so that your body isn't overworked.

Alright you wanna gain more weight huh?? All you have to do is eat until your full right before you go to bed, drink a bunch of pop too, I used to drink 3 cans of pop a day, and about 2 months ago I stopped and I have lost around 10 pounds, so if I stop drinking it and lost weight, then if you start drinking it you can gain some weight.

Gaining weight is much more easier than loosing it. just eat foods rich in carbohydrates, and sleep them off right away. LOL
But if your metabolism is fast it would take extra effort to gain some weight. I have women friends who are lean and eats like a horse (yah, its true) but does'nt gain any inch at all... you can eat sweets too.

Eat healthy foods, not just fatty and sodas or pops. They're not good to your health. Later on, you'll get diabetic or something.
I'm also petite. When I was in high school, I'm only 90 lbs. until I got married. Then, when I was pregnant (my first baby) I gained 40 lbs. Then after giving birth, I lose it again lol and went down to 97 lbs.
I eat a lot of healthy foods, add at least 500 calories per day to my daily intake. In just 4 weeks, I gained another 10 lbs. So now, I'm 107! What I did, I drink 2 big glasses of chocolate milk every day, mainly in the morning and before going to bed. Hope this help!

I actually had the same problem because no matter how much I eat before, I still can't gain weight. But you know what, you should enjoy it at the moment because you can eat as much as you like because when you start growing old, whether you like it or not, you will gain weight because our metabolism goes slower as we get old. It's actually happening to me right now and I'm just 27, so now I have to exercise regularly because my tummy is getting bigger. hehehe!!

Step 1 Once you reach target, add 250 calories a day to your existing daily calorie intake. This means if you’ve been having 1,250 calories each day, you should now have 1,500 calories a day.
Step 2 After a week, weigh yourself on your usual scales. You’ll probably have lost a little more weight. If so, add another 250 calories to last week’s daily allowance. So, if you were having 1,500 calories a day, now have 1,750 calories daily.
Step 3 After a week, weigh yourself again. If you’ve lost more weight, add an extra 250 calories to your daily intake, for example from 1,750 calories to 2,000 calories each day.
Step 4 After a week, if your weight has stabilised that’s the amount of calories you need each day to keep your new slim shape. If you’ve gained a tiny amount, drop your daily calorie intake by 100 calories, for example, from 2,000 calories to 1,900 calories daily. After a week, weigh yourself again. If your weight has stayed the same, that’s the amount of calories you need each day for weight maintenance. If your weight has gone up or down, juggle your daily calorie intake by 50 calories a day until your weight eventually stabilises.
Step 5 Weigh yourself once a week on your usual scales until you are confident that you’re maintaining your healthy weight.
