Tru l also got one like that for my iPhone. My battery was already on the way down. I could not afford to have it replaced with original one but l decided to get one online. I got it but when i was having it installed it wasn’t charging. I was forces to buy a new one with the technician repairing it and it was way much better than the one I bought online.

@Letranknight2015 I bought only battery replacement not the whole phone. If l would buy a phone l want it to be tested before buying it to be sure that it’s working.

Hello @rsa101 I can't imagine having a defective iPhone lol because they're expensive. I think next time if I'm going to buy an iphone / smart phone I would just the store personally instead.

We have to look at the seller's location first, and usually many of the buyers haven't tested it for up to 1 week but have only positive ratings. Price also matters, it's better to buy directly to the store.

@Letranknight2015 Sometimes they just want to get a profit ... many people are tempted by a price that is affordable and cheaper than the original. The original battery is generally guaranteed for 6 months.

@Letranknight2015 I go mad for RM2 purchase. It's never about the money, but it's how they cheated me. They cheated me for RM2. They might be cheating others for RM2. They might be making a lot a month just by cheating others like that. I can't let it go just like that. But since you're not going to get a refund, it's okay then. It's your choice to begin with.

yes, it is normal to receive defective items when purchasing online. No, you don't get a refund unless the merchandisers are out of stock. Otherwise they will replace a new one for you

This is one of the disadvantages of buying online. And sometimes it is very difficult to return and refund items especially in Shopee. I think you may drop them at m.lhuillier or cebuana? I already forgot.. We don't have that here in my hometown.
