Hey y'all! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and off to a great new year! This is the first time I have had time to sit down and write a post at my laptop. Work and life have been insane. Earlier today I did a custom order with the Cricut so I figured I would share pictures of that with this post, and while I was here I figured I would check in. We haven't done much of anything but help a friend out this weekend. A good friend of ours was taken in to the hospital this past week. He has stage four cancer, and was told Saturday while in the hospital that hospice would be coming in. So we went and got him from the hospital and made sure his hospital bed was set up at home and helped him get comfortable at home. He's still up and with it and all, but now its just a matter of keeping him comfortable etc. It's bittersweet. We were glad he got to come home and he was in good spirits when we saw him, but then there's the flipside of that. We just had lunch, pizza, chocolate chip cookies and mandarin oranges. Edit....I started this over an hour ago. And then got distracted by rock painting and puppy stuff. Anyway! I hope you all are good.
