i try to listen and understand the perspective ... though at times i get angry but then again compose nd try to understand

I am a good listener, I am hungry of input . You have to be a fighter in a psywar. Just listen first and know when you will enter. Putting all your wordings inside of you will build up and soon will burst hitting him like bullets that hurt more and harm more and that might be forever putting to an end all future conversation between you and your husband. So when the atmosphere is getting hotter, take a deep breath, inhale, exhale and do that outside your home

True, having too much building up inside is going to harm me. I am planning to start do something for mindfullness.
