Feel sleepy

Are you a type of a person once touched your hair you feel sleepy or massage you because me 100% i feel sleepy my weakness once they touched my hair, i wanna go to bed to sleep haha don't know. Or what the things that make you feel sleepy. Like now i request to my husband to touch my hair feels like he massage my head. Feels good. Now i feel sleepy. good nyth mylot.

Massages always feel relaxing. Exercise is what makes me feel sleepy.

@Hytton03 I exercise most of the time first thing in the morning. It gives me energy all day, but at bedtime, I am out like a light.

It can also be due to weather conditions at your place. We feel more drowsy in winters.

@Hytton03 I LOVE it when I have my hair or head touched but gently. I don't like it when hands are rough or tugging hard at my hair but otherwise yes, it feels so great and can make me feel sleepy too!

@Hytton03 that’s the only time anyone ever plays with mine. It makes my hair look terrible but it feels so nice so I let them do it then I just put it up after so no one can see how frizzy they made it. I have naturally curly hair so it gets so frizzy if messed with dry.

A good massage always makes me sleepy. Someone touching my head or my hair sometimes irritate me, especially if the touch is not gentle. It actually makes me more alert or dizzy.
