I crave for a good night sleep. Help me

How do you fall asleep? Do you read books, listen to music or scroll down in mobile to sleep? Even if I go to bed at 10:30, I will be awake at least until 1 am. I will be scrolling in my mobile, listening to some audiobooks and I will fall asleep out of boredom. Sometimes I count numbers in my head and once I went up to 700+ before falling asleep. And even after that I will be waking up very often and will be very difficult to sleep. I don't and can't sleep during day time either. Please help.

@BellaEdward I understand how you feel. For years I have had trouble falling asleep. I take something to help me fall asleep and then it takes a while before I actually fall asleep and then when I have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and then have to fall asleep again, but, I have another problem the bully above me makes noise so hard for me to go back to sleep. I have tried other things but they did not work. I wish I could give you better news and help you but I am sorry I cannot. I hope you can find what will help you fall asleep. Can your doctor prescribe something to help you fall asleep?

You're not alone. From time to time, I have this difficulty of falling asleep even if I'm so tired and really want it. Reading is not helpful for me but I listen to sleeping music and sometimes it help.

They say close your eyes and stay still for 10 minutes. You'll fall asleep. Never have trouble falling asleep so I never try this.

I don't have problem with sleeping. I read from some articles that drinking milk before bedtime can help us to have good sleep.

I have never had a problem sleeping. Try making yourself tired before you go to sleep.

I will be so tired after 9 hours if office work as i work in second half.. but it wont make me fall asleep

I think you need to change your habit,like scrolling on your phone during bed time. Better focus sleep then you'll able to fall into it.

I am blessed with good sleep. I start snoring as soon as I hit my pillow after a long tiring day. Do you have something bothering there in your mind or any health issues that is a hindrance to good sleep??

I fall asleep any time that sleep comes.i don't have problem with sleeping.once I'm not thinking of any problem or heartbroken,I sleeps easily.
