Do you like it crunchy? / myLot

So, anyway, I think everybody has their preference in peanut butter texture, although perhaps some have never had both versions of PB. Growing up, my mom was a crunchy fan so we always had crunchy, My ex and son were smooth fans so I started buying smooth. I started to prefer it. The other day I bought crunchy because it is what I saw. These days, I would say I don't care if PB is crunchy or smooth as long as it is there! I guess crunchy might be a bit healthier due to extra fiber from nuts that are not ground up. Crunchy or smooth for you?

I love peanuts. I would hate to be allergic to them. Friend doesn't like peanut butter. I think he never had it growing up, and his sister is allergic.

@LadyDuck Even better than peanuts and peanut butter I like peanut butter cookies. My fave. My sis and I were just talking about them last night.

@snowy22315 Surely most people in Switzerland never tried peanut butter, it's not something you can find in all stores for sure. My husband is not allergic, he likes salted peanuts, but he never eats because he fear I pick up one and then I have to be rushed to the ER.

I'm not a huge peanut butter fan, but when I have it I prefer crunchy. My husband likes it a lot and he always buys crunchy. My granddaughters, though, don't like crunchy.

i prefer crunchy .... smooth i don't have any issue though ... but yes crunchy is the first choice

I prefer crunchy, but my hubby prefers smooth, so we have smooth here as he eats it more then I do.

I like both but the crunchy bits sometimes stick in my teeth.

I seem to have more gaps than I used to.

@snowy22315 They say the gums shrink away from the teeth a bit as you age. I have regular check-ups so hopefully it's nothing serious.

@snowy22315 I love peanut butter, preferably on toast but I cannot stomach crunchy. It's the texture I don't like the most so smooth is what I love and prefer.
