Prepping or preparing. That is what I am doing, there are many things to prep. Paperwork for taxes. Wood for when the power goes out to keep me warm.(Robert has that covered, I only dropped one tree) Home canning for the winter. Well.... The list goes on and on for me, how about you, do you prep for later?

Oh gosh, the taxes! Something that I have been trying not to acknowledge but will have to pretty soon. It's coming up, where did the time go? Last year we did not do good for taxes, hopefully this year we end up with refunds.

Nope, I just wing it But I do need to clean the pantry before canning season and some old wood needs burnt to have room for the newer.

@andriaperry Thats why I mentioned the wood too. We keep a supply of that for extremely cold days or a storm knocks out the electric.

Hubs takes care of the things you mentioning, except canning. Neither of us can anything. I prep the freezer and pantry and my closet, of course.

Somewhat. I freeze and store garden produce. Keep water for power outages. We have a generator to run the furnace fan. Basic preparations. No need to panic when a storm is coming

I need to finish up everything to do taxes next month. Fortunately I've been keeping pretty current with my totals.

Yes it is never ending Angie but you are wise to prep. I do not really do too much of that.

We prep for hurricanes and such. Get in a large supply of canned goods. Retirement has helped up with the taxes.

Yes, often. Like you home canning, getting papers ready for taxes, don't have a fire place though. We did buy a wood stove though if we needed it in a pinch.
