My daughter joined the hospital's inter-department online game. It was the first time she really got excited about joining because the prize was an Air Fryer. We don't have that cooking equipment which, according to my daughters, can make frying easy and healthy.
I was quiet all the time my daughter was saying ' four more numbers - three more - two - I won!'
The girls cooked ' breaded chicken fingers' with our new Caribbean Air Fryer.
Yum!
So, that's how the restaurants prepare 'chicken fingers.' Now I know.

I don't think restaurants really use air fryer, you'll be better cooking it at home as you are sure that there will be little to no oil in all the foods that you prepare using the air fryer.
Your daughter is lucky, I cannot even win in a cake raffle even after I bought a whole booklet of tickets.

Yes, I really don't know how the huge restaurants prepare the food as quickly for many a people, but perhaps the small cafes and the Japanese kiosks use the air fryer for their tasty meals. Yup, there was no oil at all with our 'breaded chicken fingers.' I ate around ten pieces. Sigh.
Yup, my daughter has that 'luck' and if she really is the participating type in the national lotto jackpots, she would win, I think. But it's not our cup of tea.
Hmmm, you should have bought a cake instead of a booklet. But next time, it just might be your luck.

Not much a kitchen person. Satisfied with simple cooking like sauteed vegetables or 'arroz caldo.' Don't need much but a pan and a casserole. Till my daughters started introducing new gadgets the newest of which is this air fryer. I actually have an oven but don't use it at all. My daughter said she would begin baking bread.

@eileenleyva I have always been a kitchen person, even when I worked many hours a day I found the time for cooking.

My daughter consistently wins whenever her name is entered. Once, when there was a huge prize up for grabs, she was surprised she didn't get the top prize, only to be told that they removed her name. She felt bad about it.

Nope, we don't do online gaming. It was a gig at the hospital where my daughter works. Just this pandemic, they put a gig online exclusively for the hospital departments only.

@eileenleyva Is she a UP graduate, if yes then you discussed about her before. I told you that your name sounds familiar. And so she is now working in a hospital.

Nice one that you got the prize. I think they are a good appliance to add in your kitchen. But you have to watch your electric bill for that as it consumes a lot of it.. We had an old one donated by my sis in law we got excited and cooked all kinds of recipe that can be cooked on it and we were just surprised with the electric bill the following month.

Did realize that because cooking time for 'chicken fingers' alone was twenty minutes long. Sigh. Thanks for the warning. The electric bill tops my monthly expenses.
