Parler Banned... If Section 230 is Repealed MyLot Loses Protection, Too

Well, it's official. Parler has been banned from both Google and Apple. John Matze, the CEO is still putting up false bravado, though. His rhetoric is still flaming the idea that Section 230 should be repealed. But, he has spoken out a lot about the harm it would cause his own platform. He's found himself stuck between a rock and a hard place. Parler would have gone down in flames much sooner if Section 230 didn't exist.
The reason anyone on here should care about this Section is MyLot could find itself losing protections in the US. With the loss of Net Neutrality under Trump, ISPs could completely block people from reaching MyLot if for some reason it found itself subject to litigation.
While this is highly unlikely because moderation here is excellent. But, in the event there is an influx of new people in the wake of a mass exodus from bigger platforms, we never know when something may slip through the cracks. So, if you're in the US, I hope you take a look at Section 230 law and support protecting it.
And, BTW, I am not fear-mongering here. I am bringing awareness to an important issue that affects us all.

Most sites like Mylot are good at moderation. So, that's one thing in their favor. THey make rules and stick to them. I know I've received errors in the past because I typed something considered to be an "offincive" word, when the word itself has multable meanings.

Yes, they are excellent. However, there is always a possibility of an influx of new people in the wake of a mass exodus from bigger platforms.
