Belated Happy New Year! :-D
Finally, I'm back after five months. Gosh!
The reasons?
(1) Cell phone signals and internet connectivity at my hometown is almost down to zero. I already called the attention of our service providers.
(2) I'm taking care of my elderly parents. Glad mom has recovered from stroke.
(3) I discovered that mom is a victim of fraud/deceit since 2006. I have to file a civil case against the person who got Land Titles thru fraud/deceit.
Heard about murders due to land cases in the Philippines? Scary. Huh!?

Land disputes is one of the causes of murders in our country. So yea we better be careful with that one. Glad to see you again. Let's bring on the online earning topics

Welcome back!!! Looks you had a busy/stressful life for the past 5 months you were absent here. I hope that everything is already solved except #3 which looks pretty serious and you need a lot of time for that especially when it is filed in the courts already.

@allen0187 yes he is but he has no more secretary/office. He works at home and I help him with all the paperworks. I am learning a lot from him. He asked me to read this book and write all my observations re fabricated dox I got from mom and from the Assessor's and Registry of Deeds. I feel like a law student now hahaha! I hate liaison's job but now I am forced to do it too.
