I know many people suffer from Migraine. I also know that there are people who think it's nothing that people with this condition overdo it when describing how they feel during a migraine attack. I myself suffer from this terrible headache and I can say that I never know what will help me. Usually, I don't eat anything during this time because my stomach stops working. I'm lying in a dark and quiet room, waiting for this horrible state to pass. I take pills sometimes, but they rarely work for me. I massage my temples, chew ginger, and do cool compresses. Do you have any way to deal with Migraine?

I always have a medicine with me so I can take immediately when migraine attacks. Over thinking, working for long hours and sometimes, forgot to eat, must be the reason why I frequent experience this.

I suffered before and still keep suffering from migraine sometimes but thank God this new year It stopped attacking. It's my biggest health problem.I can eat only flavoured yoghurt, pineapple chunks and pineapple juice when it attacks.
Before, advil works on it.But advil is not everywhere so I had to suffer the pain till I vomit.

Peppermint oil rubbed on temples and lay down in a dark room. I usually lay on my bed with feet propped up against the wall. Depends on the intensity of the pain, but most of the time I get relief within 30 minutes to an hour. This has worked well for me, especially since I'm allergic to most medications.

I get migraines a lot. They interfere in my life so much. I get them due to a herniated disc in my back that is caused by my chest size. Sometimes the best things in life, lead to the worst things in life. haha.

I've heard soaking your feet in hot, ground ginger water for 30 minutes (keep adding hot water--as hot as you can stand). Sip ginger tea while soaking. The ginger is supposed to draw the migraine away.
I've done this before with regular headaches and it worked. I know a migraine can be harsher, but it might be worth a try.

I have my medicine with me. But sometimes it's not working too. So I just stay in the dark (or cover my eyes), massage my head, my neck and my shoulder using Cajuput oil. It soothes me
