Sometimes you can eat a lot and still lose weight. That's what happened yesterday. It depends on what you eat to make that happen. I really thought I would be way up this morning after pigging out yesterday.
Here is what I ate yesterday.
Breakfast - 1 Banana, 3 Eggs w/Chia Seeds, 2 slices Turkey Bacon, Half Cup Raspberries
Calories: 423
Lunch/Dinner - 2 Slices Liver, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Onion, 1 Potato w/ 4 servings Guacamole, Half Cup Raspberries
Calories: 841
Snack - 1 Slice No-Bake Pumpin Pie
Calories: 255
Total Calories: 1519
Fitness
Steps - 8887
Exercise - 30 Minutes - burned 200 calories
Calories burned - 1819
Total Calories - 300
Weight - 179
I'm down 2 ounces over the day before. Today's weight is even more, but you'll need to wait until tomorrow to see a new weight.

That is a strong fitness routine.
Plus good tracking means that you are sure that you are on the right track.

The liver sounds good....I should have some soon. Your numbers look great and that's great about the scale being down too

@just4him That's great to hear....I always loved it the way my grandma made it....I had to alter it but it is still good. I can usually find them no problem here at our Walmart.
