Back from the doctor...that was hairy!

Going to the doctor was every bit as bad as I thought it was going to be. At least my blood pressure was excellent, and I got a flu shot. That saved it from being a fiasco. Anyway, I asked him about Covid vaccines. He said he really didn't know when they were going to be available and that this state was very slow with the roll out. He said he was getting his either Thursday or Next Thursday. As a health care provider of course they are first in line. I will stay tuned. How has the early part of your day gone?

Yeah, I am jealous. All we are getting is a bit of chilly rain. The snow keeps staying to the South of us.

I am glad to hear that. I haven't made banana bread in ages. I like it though. I may make a rice pudding today as I have some leftover rice I want to use up. I also have a box of raisins I want to use.

@LadyDuck I don't end up with overripe bananas too often. If I do, I might use them for banana ice cream. It tastes like real ice cream.

@snowy22315 I had a banana that was starting to get brown spots, it was perfect inside. The banana bread is ready, perfect for tomorrow breakfast.

It is an adjective. It means rough or wild. You need to update your vocab ..lol. Even my parents know what that means.

I'm still in a quandary about the vaccine but it doesn't sound like its available with any kind of urgency.
Anyway glad you got your flu shot and your dr visit went ok

I have my appointment Thursday. My blood pressure is all over the place. My early part of the day was pretty good, but also tough.

Yesterday I watched a good Christmas movie, watched an episode of The Blacklist. I mopped the kitchen floor, changed the battery in my smoke detector and the batteries in my thermostat. I colored and listened to some more of The Stand.
