A Reminder

Just lately, I received a text reminder from NDRRMC (National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Center) stating an Orange Rainfall warning. However, our province is not mention in areas where there is possible flood and landslide due to excessive raining. It's the neighboring provinces but there may be a possibility that the incident can happen in our area since it's raining from afternoon until now and it's slowed just for a while. Orange rainfall alert per google means it is raised in areas where rainfall is 15mm-30mm within one hour in which flooding is the main threat. The color indicates possible danger and evacuation.

I do not find those text reminders and alerts useful. Very often those texts come late.
