One of the reasons I had stopped writing is because my computer seemed to be running slow. When I turned it back on months later and completely reset it, I downloaded Chrome as usual and noticed how slow it was. I have an ASUS computer, so I don't know why that is.
But Microsoft Edge seems to run a lot better on this computer.

I think it's because Windows 10 was designed with Edge in mind. It's designed to use the least amount of computer resorceses So it'll run slower, particularly on an older computer. Especially if you're running an older machine.
I used to use Chrome, because of the way it was designed. I could use it with my screen reader. However, now I use Microsoft Edge, because they put the same guts behind it Chrome has, and now works with JAWS.

My Laptop is actually new and has always had this issue. I think you're right about it being designed with Edge in mind. To me it's almost a way they can get Edge used more, by making chrome nearly unusable with this computer.

That makes sense. I guess they're just making sure they're browser gets up there on the most used list.

@star_disgate Exactly, back in time the most used browser was Internet Explorer, they want to dominate the scene again.
