what if they don't qualify for the jobs ,will you still give then if they don't have qualifications, I was thinking that they should be entrepreneurs and start their own business ,ask the suppliers to supply them ,that can help and we should support then buy buying from them

They'll get their jobs back after this pandemic what about youth even after lockdown they still gonna be unemployed, Youth still have energy to do the work

@Patriciapt Then they should be offered suitable training for the jobs that are available. Starting one's own business is not for everyone. Working for an employer and getting paid a regular wage is what most people want.

That is our problem in our place too, that is why I train my niece to sell something like banana cue, camote cue to our neighboor.

Teach them good work ethic, and not be ashamed to start at the bottom. Just as many places are hiring as they are letting go. If a person is a good worker and becomes a valuable asset to a company, they're more likely to get and keep a job. Than someone who doesn't care.
