How to reduce weight

I want to reduce weight. I stayed more than three weeks at home for Christmas holidays.i have eating a lots of dishes, meats, juice and wine.
Now I'm suffering it. I have gain a lot of weight now and want to reduce it
I love my normal shape before. I'm feeling heavy now.my clothes can't enter me again.
I need urgent help.how do I reduce my weight , I need your solution before it gets worst

Hmm, what works for me, a reduction of caloric intake and more exercise. I maintain an intake level of fewer than 2000 calories daily and put in 25 to 30 minutes of physical exercise (my doctor's recommendation is for "Huffy Puffy and Sweaty exercise"). The first time I did this I lost nearly 50 lbs over about three months. -- By the way, as healthy as the juice is, it is very high in calories.

Just reduce your calories intake for few days to weeks. And burn the extra that you have gained through some exercising. Any form of cardio exercises are good for loosing weight.
