End of cool days

It looks like our cool, cloudy, gloomy and lovely days finally ended. Yesterday I was able to finish 3 batches of laundry because it was a hot day. And today it looks like just yesterday, hotter even (based on forecast). It's just 7.23 and I am sweating alot.
I don't have any special plans today. I will just do my usual chores. But maybe I will ask my husband to drive around the city because I am kinda bored, and a cup of bubble tea might be a good idea.
Good morning/ evening to you all. Do you have plan for your weekend?

60's is better than forties for a high here in Michigan. Normal here in January is closer to zero so it's warmer but I'm sure the temps will head down at least come Feb if not before.

Pretty and I did a lot of cooking yesterday and today. I made our version of Shawarma then put it into single size servings. Some went into sealed bowls in the fridge and the rest I put into the freezer in Ziploc freezer bags. She made the ingredients for Fajitas and split it into single size servings. Some into the fridge and the rest into the freezer. Sometimes we are lazy. It is easier to cook large amounts of our favorite dishes and freeze part of it so we can just pull it out and heat it in the microwave when we get hungry.
While cooking yesterday I ran three loads of laundry. We still need to fold our towels and washcloths. (When I took them out of our dryer, I threw them into a big pile on our sofa. *shrug* I said we can be lazy sometimes. )

@Cheyee Oh, my! We put our food into serving size portions so we don't over-eat. I gained too much weight while I was off because of Covid. Pretty wants to maintain her present weight. I am much larger than she is, so the serving size we make up lets me lose weight and her maintain her weight. (I've lost about 6 kg in the last two weeks.)
Oh... I see... we do our laundry separately. I only wash our towels and bed clothes together. We each do our own clothes laundry. I hang my clothes up as soon as I take them out of the dryer so they don't wrinkle. I'm not sure what Pretty does with her clothes. (When she was a teenager she threw them into a pile in her bedroom... *shrug* I made her keep her bedroom door closed so I didn't have to see the train wreck that was her bedroom.)

I get it. But shawarma, fajitas, sandwich and burger are snacks for me. I need something heavy like noodles, pasta or rice or i will end up with at least 6 sandwich in a day
Well, i dont fold my laundry, i will dump it in my laundry basket. Normally i would just iron it whenever i want (or needed)

@DaddyEvil I am 168 cm and weight 63 kg (with my baby), normally i weight around 54 kg. In my opinion, I am not large (or fat) but I don't know how people see me.
My house is a big train wreck then. We don't have storage room or garage. And we have 4 bicycles, (a lot of) my son's toys and a lot of my kid's books.

The weekend is the beginning of my next work week so no plans other than working.
It's funny you like the gloomy days whereas here those types of days are depressing since it's colder weather here until April or so. If it's cloudy in the warmer months we don't consider that gloomy.
