Deep Fry Pizza Rolls

Don't attack me, that's the title of the YouTube video. We have similar dish her but we call Bolognese or Carbonara spring rolls, depending on the filling inside. That's my idea for tomorrow, if I have time. I already have spring rolls skin and mozzarella cheese. I also have tomato spaghetti sauce. I don't have bell pepper nor sausages. Can add that to my shopping list. I plan to make this and store in the freezer. Can easily fry them in the morning for breakfast or as snack in the evening.

Sounds delicious. Maybe it can be cooked in the air fryer for lesser oil.

It sure can but I don't have air fryer. You can try that as well. That will be a healthier option.

Spring rolls would be much better for us than the pizza rolls. Those are sold here as snack foods for kids mostly and for meals too
