Trip to Mauritius

In these testing times, the vacation lovers like me were completely cooped up at home and as soon as I got a chance, I slipped to Mauritius. Serene island with pristine waters and luxury villas. Every resort has their own personal beach. Completely laid back country. Everyone is in holiday mode post 6pm, hence a big alarm for the late night party animals as a typical holiday mode in Mauritius is chilling on the beach with friends and nothing fancy. Would like to hear more experiences from fellow mylotters.

That's refreshing and relaxing. Our summer time is nearing and mostly beaches and resorts are already fully booked. We need to travel 2 to 3 hours to reach beautiful beach spots, need to be out travelling early at 4am to be there for breakfast. Tiring but the excitement to swim beats it. Usually rest is not the priority as the children hurriedly runs to welcome the breeze and the waving sea.

Covid or not, I have no money to go to Mauritius. Too pricey for me.

Mauritius itself is not very pricey just going there is. I spent like $200 during my whole stay and $500 only for travel.
