Random Things Tonight

* Tomorrow is Monday. So I prepared everything I might need tomorrow to bring to work. Like my work shoes.
* Dinner is rice porridge with chunk of veggies and chicken meat. That was also my lunch. Just because.
* I made 24 pieces of Bolognese spring rolls. Used all my mozzarella and parmesan. Now they're in the freezer. I shall fry some for tomorrow.
* Since second sister is in quarantine, first sister and I keep talking to her via WhatsApp. I hope that will make her less scared or anxious of her situation. She seems fine for now.
Here's a video that I watch today. Make me feel calm watching it.

It's spring rolls with Bolognese filling. It's like the one I mentioned in my previous post. Instead of calling it pizza rolls like in the video, it's more known as Bolognese or Carbonara rolls, depending on the filling.
Don't attack me, that's the title of the YouTube video. We have similar dish her but we call Bolognese or Carbonara spring rolls, depending on the filling...

@prinzcy yes, i saw it after i read this discussion. here, what people do is put sauce, hotdog, cheese, pineapple and onion on bread then toast it - pizza bread.

We prepared fritters of potatoes, Cauliflower and bread and they were so good. Have a great week starting from tomorrow
