Have you ever eat paella? I bet some of you already have try the dish. Well, I don't. When shopping for groceries yesterday, I came across paella bites. Supposedly, they're paella but made into bite sizes. I was like, wht not. Let's have a taste. I never have paella to begin with. So fried a few as my lunch for today. Accompanied with butterhead salad, cherry tomatoes and caesar dressing. The paella bites taste like rice nuggets. As for the salad dressing, it's not bad but I'll stick with roasted sesame.

I've had real paella in spain. I doubt a paella bite would give you a true impression of the dish

it certainly don't. No meat whatsoever in this. It's better for them to market it as rice nuggets. But that won't sound fancy, right?

@prinzcy sounds like they need to add something to be able to call it paella bites

I like paella, and I actually have my own version of paella since there are some ingredients that I cannot get from here fresh. I have not heard of paella bites, although that is an interesting concept. How did you like it? Do you know what's in it?

I just noticed rice in it. They're supposed to be veggie as well but I don't see anything. Personally, it just like eating rice nugget. Probably not going to buy another box once I clear this one out.

I have tried it but I am not sure it was very authentic. I liked it though. I have never tried rice nuggets.
