Monday started off with brilliant sunshine and mild temperatures. On our morning walk, we met likeminded neighbors and walked with them - with masks and socially distancing. It was fun to chat with them and a nice way to start off the day and week.
I have a delivery coming today. Just some fresh fruit and breakfast items for hubs.
The best part of today is that our younger son is returning from his long weekend away in the mountains in upstate New York. We can’t wait to hear all about it. The photo is of the Airbnb he stayed in with his girlfriend. He sent us the specs on the house, the square footage, and the price.
We just hope he doesn’t plan on buying it. For those of you who don’t know, he owns a beautiful large house very close to us, and has been buying and selling homes since last summer, except for his ski chalet in the mountains of Vermont. He makes us laugh, so it will be a fun day when he calls us later.

Nice digs, I used to know a woman who had a lake house that had an upper and lower balcony, and was water front. It wasn't thins lake, but I think she only paid 150K for it at the time. I think it was the 90's. It would be worth triple that now at least.

Oh, I’m sure! This has an asking price of $956,000 and is only 3400 sq.ft. and not on the water. His house in Vermont is on a lake and is much larger than this. It also has 2 balconies and a balcony in the in-law attachment.

Looks like a nice Airbnb. Your son has a talent for buying and selling.
Nothing much happening here. Just running errands earlier and it was nice to get out of the house

Today started with shower had to go to physical therapy for my boyfriend he will be starting next week for his knee and foot he has arthritis in his knee and not sure what is wrong with the food we think a bone spur. That is nice you walked with your neighbors this morning.

He will call. He’s been coming over on Wednesdays lately, but with him ya never know. He never accepts business calls when he visits unless it’s extremely important. I think he’s so wonderful to want just to be with us without interruptions.
He told us that he surpassed his business goals set for next October. He can rest on his laurels and do nothing until November, but he isn’t that type of kid. He makes our heart burst.

You had a real good start to the week and I hope that the whole week goes away this way. I miss my walking gang. Today my friend called and we decided that we would go for evening walks again on Tuesday and Thursday from next week with mask and social distancing.

Thanks. I, too, hope it continues.
I haven’t walked with my walking friends, since too many are out and about in places that make me uncomfortable. They can be carriers. I walked with my best friend a couple of times, but she’s recuperating from breaking both wrists and a chipped tooth.

@DianneN This friend of mine is a homemaker and not stepped out since pandemic. I guess I have been more exposed than her. Anyway we would be having masks and maintaining social distancing. Other three of our gangs are not joining us. Two are doctors and one is in bank. So they are quite exposed . They themselves said that it's not good for them to put others on risk. We do have video chat to stay in touch.

I hope stays close to you and Hubs. I live in the woods, and my youngest son lives me, I am so glad I couldn't live away in the woods alone.

@DianneN As soon as I saw the photo I knew that this house is somewhere in the mountains, they are very specific wooden, otherwise I really like houses made of natural materials.
