This is the first time I cooked this. It is for my husband's packed lunch for his work. Ever since they go back to work, he ask me to just prepare lunch and snacks for him to bring to the office. It is a hassle to go down their office to buy or eat out since they need to wait for queueing and then there is social distancing at the store, restaurant or even at the office elevator. One hour is not enough.
I used the air fryer to cook this and also what I have inside the ref. It includes onions, a sausage, bell pepper, onion leeks, a bit of cheese and of course egg. Then I add a bit of salt and pepper. It came out well. But I do not know the taste yet. I will find out later.
What is for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Don't know. Depends on the mood my husband is in.

@rakski U No, I cook. I just have to discuss it with my husband. If he doesn't want something, he will complain about it all night. I don't really want to deal with that.

It looks and sounds good, I think a frittata can be eaten at any time during the day, I had my dinner just smoked sausage and french fries and getting offline to relax before bed it is after 9 PM here

That looks almost like an egg omelet here. It sounds like the same ingredients, too. I bet it tastes delicious!
