Okay, so we've gone through the process of buying a house & selling a house, but no matter how many times I think you go through it, it doesn't get easier. The process of selling one home and trying to buy another isn't the most fun to deal with. Unless you're rich, it has to be done about the same time or if you have a temporary place to stay until you buy a house after your old house sells.
Anyway, now we have a mobile home which is even harder to deal with trying to sell. So, here we are going to try to sell it and buy a house because when we bought the mobile home 3 years ago, we had 2 less kids and now we're very much outgrowing this home. I have found a home that I'm very interested in but seems like a lot of work to get to it, but gotta do what we got to do! It WILL be worth it in the end!

I’ve thankfully lived in the same house for almost 32 years. It’s paid off, which is one thing that keeps me from thinking about moving. (My great neighbors are another reason...they all volunteered to get me anything I needed while I was quarantined.)
Another great thing is the rent never goes up (and eventually goes out), and you don’t have to worry about the owner selling the place out from under you.
Good luck!!!
