Hello on this historic day. I had a good day yesterday with food and fitness. First, the numbers for what I ate.
Food
Breakfast - 1 Banana, 3 Eggs/Chia Seeds, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 3 servings of Green Grapes
Calories: 522
Snack - Chocolate Icing, Orange Juice
Calories: 590
Dinner - Haddock/Alt Mayo, 1 Potato/Guacamole
Calories: 291
Total Calories: 1403
Fitness
Swimming - 36 Minutes
Exercise - 129 Minutes
Calories Burned - 2451
Calories Consumed - 1403

My weight is going in the right direction. My calories are also a lot less than they have been. I couldn't take advantage of the fitness center yesterday after swimming. I messed up my hip getting dressed after the pool. As such, I didn't go to the Y today. Hopefully, I'll get there tomorrow.
How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

Jay was gone yesterday, so I ate dinner alone. A piece of deep dish pizza, a strip of cod(already cooked) and 1 vanilla oreo. I love leftovers!

I have been walking on the treadmill 4-5 days a week since last March. You would think a body would be used to that since I have been consistent and not upped the speed or anything like that. It is getting harder and harder every day. I am so exhausted. I've had trouble sleeping due to pain in the legs. I don't get it. Is it the fibromyalgia? Is it aging? I'm not giving up but I'm frustrated.
So happy to see your accomplishments. You're doing great!

@just4him Of course it's the fibromyalgia. Exercise is necessary. The irony is the first doctor that diagnosed me said "exercise and you'll be better in 6 months". That was 25 years ago. My husband used to work out religiously until COVID. He has recently started up again in a co-worker's home gym. Last night he said he didn't understand why people enjoy working out. It's not fun at all. LOL. I agree. They say exercise releases serotonin which is supposed to increase your mood. It's not doing that for me.

@crazyhorseladycx I did laundry on Friday finally. My hip was back to normal. I tweaked it getting dressed at the Y after swimming on Tuesday.
Thank you for the healing hugs.

As luck would have it, no. It's the right one instead of the left that's been giving me trouble. It's doing better today. At least I got to the Y. I cut down my time in the fitness center though. I'm also not doing laundry today. I called my son and told him I'd be over tomorrow.

I am doing better, thought my weight is way higher than your weight, so any bit of change is better. The numbers on the scale are finally starting to drop for me and all my meds are getting in order.
