The third pattern is started

This is the last pattern of the three patterns of my cross stitch/embroidery quilt. It is basically a miniature replicate of the other two patterns. On both sides are the smaller replicas of the large red flower (identified as a hibiscus by one of my lotters), with again 2 tit birds at the bottom (again identified by one of my lotters) and a smaller version of the big blue flower but this time in dark red and pink.

So nice, it's beautiful. Whenever I see cross stich most especially the bigger one framed, awesome!. You can imagine how much time spent, the delicate design, the passion and effort executed.

sorry about being late in liking your comment and responding to it. I agree with you, cross stitch once framed look like paintings. But I also enjoy the simpler crafts such as knitting, crochet, tatting and eventually needlelace...

@macayada Yes I will but getting slower by the week because of my right eye cataract whose surgery is delayed indefinitely thanks to covid and the very slow vaccines inoculations... My left eye is OK with the new implant but since my right eye is still seeing blurred and no surgery yet, I cannot get glasses...
