Homemade Air Freshener

Yes, I made my own room spray or air freshener. While organizing my essential oils this afternoon, I was thinking of making my own room spray. My bought room spray is consumed. I don't like to go to the shop or order online and so I made my own.
I still have lavender, peppermint, neroli and bergamot 100% essential oils. I made bergamot and peppermint room freshener by adding 20 drops each of the oil into 50 ml water.
When hubby came upstairs, he was asking what I have done as he was able to smell the fragrant in the stairs outside our home. Now, it is smelling like a spa inside.
Are you fond of making your own freshener?

I have not made my own but I have considered it. I have a few essential oils and a spray bottle as well. You have given me a good idea actually.
I once bought a room spray that I really enjoyed. It smelled like an ancient forest.

@ScribbledAdNauseum they are all good. I don't have vetiver and it is also good against stress, insomnia and muscle pains. I would use the lavender and vetiver at night time as it can make you sleepy. I love the smell of geranium, too.

i do something very similar - we have a wood stove in our house. When it is on, i have a mix of orange peels and coffee that makes the house smell wonderful!

That´s good @DocAndersen. I have made it with orange peels before and it was very energizing. I couldn´t do it with coffee as my husband doesn´t like the smell of coffee. Thanks.

I have not tried. I like bergamot and lemon. I will buy since I don't know how to mix these oils.

I've never tried making my own air freshener. Usually I burn a scented candle to make the room smell nice.Your combination of essential oils does sound nice

@thelme55 yes scented candles can be expensive especially the good ones. Cheap ones don't smell to keep the scent very long.

Scented candles seem expensive to me as it is easily gone so I prefer to make one from essential oils that I have. Thank you @Marilynda1225

@thelme55 Oh, I used to make toilet fresheners the other day ... but I don't think I did well
