Hubby cooked but we will go shopping first. He made a casserole with potatoes, onions and salmon. I desperately need printer ink and a couple of other things I can only get at Wal Mart. So away we go. See you in a little bit.

The casserole sounds great but I no longer eat potato - fewer carbs is better for me.

I have a problem with liking bread too much. If I only ate potatos for my starch I would be okay.

@GardenGerty I love bread AND potatoes. I've found a good substitute for mashed potato - creamy mashed cauliflower. I make bread in a mug with almond meal and have that fried with cream cheese and tomato or avocado and a slice of cheese, popped under the grill till the cheese just softens over the avo.

He makes something I like better called Janzens Temptation with anchovies. I am trying to eat more fish.

Ohh - that sounds good! I remember he used to post about the things he cooked. I've never done a "fish" casserole. Hope you find everything you need on your shopping trip!

I checked online if the toner cartridge for our laser printer are available online, just in case, all the stores are closed until the end of February.

Hope that you get everything that you need at the store. The casserole sounds good. We decided on tacos for supper tonight. Haven't had them in awhile.
