My all time favorite Yema Cake.

Yema cake is one of my baked treats that I considered as an all time favorite. The cake is chiffon cake covered with yema frosting then topped with grated cheese. The yema frosting is not that sweet while my chiffon cake do not get hard when you keep it refrigerated, in fact it even taste better. My customers order this in special ocassion in the family like birthday, anniversary and even for cravings satisfaction. Im really glad that they like it and keep on repeating orders.
