I'm a voluntary aid and have been busy last week

I'm a voluntary aid for a lady of 89 years old. She (Suus) was a friend of my mom and after my mom passed away some 8 years ago I started to help this lady. She can only walk with a rollator in her own apartment, but outside we use the wheelchair. She has some heart problems, but an operation is way too riscy the specialist said, but if she insisted they would operate. She didn't insist, so she gets medication.
Last Sunday evening she called me, she felt pressure on her chest, so I called the nightdoctor's service and they asked me to get her to the doctor in attendence for a checkup. So I did. It's a 30min. drive to get her and then 15 min. to the hospital. The night doctors hold office in the local small hospital. Both of us had never seen this doc, so we told her the whole story. Then this doc said: "Well what do you want from me, what do you want me to do?"
"Uhhmmm, maybe check her out, because she had pain in her chest", I suggested. "Well," the doc said, "As she won't let them operate on her anyway, then what's the use to check her out". (???) I almost fell of my chair. However, she wouldn't do anything and we could leave again.
Then on the way back we were stopped by the police. We're in night lockdown in the Netherlands from 9 pm till 4.30am.Luckily I had one of those special forms with me to show that was legally driving my car in lockdown time. In the meantime it was about 11.30pm when I brought her home and then I had to drive to my own home.
Next morning her own doc came by and checked her bloodpressure, which happened to be way too low. So this idiot of a night doc was lucky Suus didn't die that night.
Suus also told me that her own doc had left an invitation for the covid-19 vaccine for which we had to make an appointment. So I called this organisation, only to hear that I wasn't allowed to make this appointment, because they needed her on the phone too, to be sure she was ok with getting a shot. So I had to drive to her again. We made the appointment for the next day on the only available time of 7.15pm.
So I fetched her at 6.15pm because we had to go to the bigger hospital which is a 45min. drive from her place. When we arrived they asked us why we came. I said that we had an appointment for the vaccination. Ho, they said, but tonight is for the nurses and other caretaking people, the oldies are starting tomorrow. "You can't be kidding", I said. "I jus drove 45 min. to get here". No problem lady they said, we will solve this and they started phoning around. Well after about 20 min. we got the Ok and after seeing another doc she got her shot and I could drive her home again.
I was home at my place at about 12.00 pm that night.
And then another thing. This lady gets homecare twice a day for her medicins and to put on her stockings. That Tuesday morning the attending homecare girl told Suus that she was crazy if she wanted a covid vaccination, because if she did get one, she surely would be dead the next day. Now how about that???
That girl surely is not fit for the job of homecare. Trying to scare the old people that way. So I called the agency and filed a complaint.
Well that was quite a busy week I had.

I couldn't believe what she said also. I searched her on the internet and it appears she's the doctor of a little village about 50 min. from here. I truly pity the people who have her as their doctor. I also found some ratings from other patients, she got a 2 out of 10 from them.

Well she's overall a nice lady. Before covid I used to get her to do some groceries or take a trip and had lunch on the way. But now she's stuck to her little apartment. Besides the homecarers I'm the only one who can visit her once in a while. I still do her groceries and bring her to doctors apointments.
