A New Internet Provider

While busy unpacking our things in our new home last Saturday, an ISP agent came in with an offer for a new provider in the area. It's very timely since we are really looking out for a new internet service provider for my business, my job and family use. It can also be used for my daughter's plan of teaching online. My son's girlfriend is also taking an online class so having a new provider is welcome.
After some discussion, the agent handed a form which I filled out. Though I am hesitant considering that this provider is new and there are still few customers who availed of their services. I also heard some negative feedbacks. I just submitted the form and I almost forgot about it. So, today, the linemen from the same ISP called and they are ready to connect the internet.
We discussed some matters related to the new connection and payment terms and other related matters. Now, i am trying it out and I am hoping that we will have a good experience with this new internet service provider.

I hope it's all working well for you. We need a good internet connection to carry out our stuff. Slow service or too much interruptions can be annoying.

It's been 5 days and so far the service is good. I don't encounter any major issue. I hope it will continue this way. I am still observing it.

Connection is good but customer service is really bad. Basically, the reviews that I hear from friends.

I hope they already improved. The linemen were nice and friendly. One reason why they convinced me to have it connected. I was supposed to back out. But then, since they are also nice, then why not give it a try?

I always have a back up data when internet fails, but since my offline business, mobile and data loading, fund transfer and bills payment are all internet dependent, so i really need a permanent connection.

Thank you. I am still trying it out and so far it is good. There are no major issues aside from there are times when loading is slow.

@jobelbojel I also read those when searching the net about the company. But I also had a bad experience from the previous ISP that we had back in our old boarding house. I think I heard negative things from other ISPs as well. So, I decided, after consultation with my family members, to try this one.

For several days that I am using the service, I can say that I am satisfied with it. I hope that this would last for a long time.
