Guess what I decided? Yup eggs. My husband cooked bacon this morning and I could still smell it so opted for eggs and bacon for a combo b'fast/lunch. Maybe I'll do the smoothie for an afternoon snack so I'll want to make supper later. (

What will that be? I don't know yet it depends on what hubs picks up for meat at the store. Unless we have hamburgers.

@just4him keto. I edited my comment. I have a recipe for waffles using almond flour. The ones I made fell apart when I tried to get them into my mouth

@MarshaMusselman What are keep pancakes? What version do you like better? I have a paleo recipe and a chocolate paleo recipe. I love the chocolate more than the regular paleo, but both are good.

They probably full one up better. Although I ended up finishing the leftover soup for a late lunch. My husband was supposed to have it the last few nights and kept forgetting.
