I love my Acapulco Tuna Salad and got the recipe out of a JoAnna M. Lund cookbook called "Party Fare". Ms. Lund lost 100 pounds by tweaking her own recipes. I knew about mercury poisoning, so I do not eat too much. Some here and there. Instead of having a sandwich with the recipe, you place the mixture on a bed of lettuce. Now I need to find sodium-free. Thank goodness I can still have my tuna! How about you? Do you like tuna as much as I do? What is your recipe?

I get the packets of tuna salad from starkist. I do like tuna but don't eat it that often.

I enjoy tuna. I put in my salads, rather than making tuna salad per se. I keep my weight down by doing a lot of exercise.

I love it on lettuce or in a sandwich. I always rinse it a long time in hot water, squeeze dry, add mayonnaise, celery, and pepper. I could fancy it up with onions and hard boiled eggs, but hubs doesn’t like it that way.
