I have paypal account, but i have not registered my credit card. Will i be able to transact thru Paypal.

I never used a credit card to verified my paypal account, I used my bank account to do that. They send some money to you bank account and you have to tell them how much they sent both days. It's not hard.

You don't need to have a credit card or a bank account, as long as you don't mind keeping your money online.

I haven't entered my credit card details either which means that my PayPal account is "unverified" however it seems that that doesn't matter because I have on numerous occasions transferred my PayPal money to my bank account.

You will be able to do transactions, but you must add a bankaccount to get paid. Paypal says that it helps thm cut down on fraud by doing so.
