Finished another "big thing" ...

Something else that was hanging over my head--I had to order a new phone, as the one I had got dropped in water, and didn't "come back to life" even though I grabbed it out and stuck it in a box of rice pretty fast. 
So, the guy on the phone said I would get my new phone in 5-7 days and would have to call them back to activate it.
That's two things crossed of the "hanging over my head" list. Now, I'm going to go and have a late lunch (1:43 pm by my computer clock....)

I can not wait 5 to 7 days. You should have just hopped to malls and as you go back home, you have your phone ready and done activated

That's not the way my phone company works--besides, I'm not a huge cell phone user.

@xstitcher I can not make it a day without a phone because of the restrictions we are in right now. It is a buddy to me.

@macayada I have a land line. :) I use the cell phone for emergencies and quick "hello"s.

Sorry to hear about your phone. Kind of sucks that it will take so long to get a replacement though.
