In work, are younger people better than their seniors?

What are your thoughts about the younger generation taking over high positions in different institutions? I think there are some aspects that they are better with compared to their seniors.

Age is not that big a factor. I work with some wonderful young people and some wonderful older people. I am one of the older ones.

When it comes to technical work application the youngs are better but when it comes to thinking and application the olds are good or even just the same. It depends.

I agree at some point. Since there have been many technological developments nowadays, the younger ones find it easier to adjust because they have been exposed to these even before they got their jobs.
