Night owl

My sleeping schedule is broke. I often sleep at 8 a.m. and wake up at 3 p.m. I am a student; I have a lot of readings to finish. I know this is not a healthy thing to do but I cannot help it. I feel like I am more productive when I work at midnight. Anyone here who's like me?

For as long you have that eight hour sleep, vitamins and healthy food intake then its alright. But you need to slowly adjust yourself.

I am up in the middle of the night because I can’t sleep right now. I can’t help it either, but try to get your sleep.

Same actually. But most of the time, even if I did not take a nap, it's reaaaally hard for me to sleep haha. This body clock needs to be fixed.
