My regrets

Sometimes, I'm being hard on myself for making previous decisions that I kind of regret now. I know I should not hold onto the past and beat myself for it. I'm looking forward to changing this attitude.

We all learn from our mistakes. Just force yourself to move on and not dwell upon them.

One step at a time. Knowing you need to change, is the first and hardest step you'll ever make. Good luck.

Think of you lifeline, where are you now. See how long is the distance left. You can not step backward but you will keep on moving forward. What was the wrong done can no longer be fixed but be thankful as you keep on looking back because there is a lesson you got that reminds you of change for betterment

I think this is something that happens with a lot of us. At times, we want to forego some of our past actions and decisions but well, we are unable to do so. To change this attitude, you might have to start slowly and take up 1 thing at a time. Plus try to follow a hobby or a good habit. That does helps a lot.
