First of all, understand grief has no set schedule or time table. It needs to run its course. Do not try to force yourself to "move on" as if it never happened, but take each day one step at a time. Continue to live and don't be afraid to do things you enjoy. She would want you living your best life. The pain will ease, on your own time.

she's 66.due to chronic heart failure. i guess she's already feeling something but won't tell us. she doesn't want to go to the hospital because of covid.

So very sorry for your loss. One step at a time, then gradually build up to one day at a time. Whatever works for you. It will always be painful. You love your Mom. One day you can think of the good times. Remember she is always in your heart.
