What A Difference A Day Can Make

I went to bed with no snow on the ground and I expected to wake up to the same. Apparently hubby knew that a storm was coming but never mentioned it to me... or I wasn't paying attention if he did. I do remember hearing the wind last night but I was sooo exhausted from my walk around the village yesterday, that I must have slept soundly the minute my head hit the pillow. This is my second month of daily walks but today, I'm really going to have to force myself to go out. I guess that there will be snow to be cleared so I guess that counts and if it turns out to be nicer than I expected it to be... I might venture out a little further. That's what has been happening lately. I tell hubby that I only intend to go as far as the park and then when I get to the turn off, I keep on going, telling myself that I can beat yesterdays step total. So, what did you wake up to this morning?? I love to hear about weather where you live!!
