I got up early this morning, I did my morning routine and made breakfast, for this morning I decided it would be 'przenice'.
It is cloudy and cold outside, but currently without precipitation.
I'm glad I don't have to go out, I have everything I need for breakfast.
I love mornings like this ...
What do you like to eat for breakfast?
Photo is mine

@LowRiderX When I was on the farm growing up, we ate a lot of quite greasy food too but we also did a lot of manual work and all day long so it didn't affect us. If I ate like that now, I'd be like the side of a house!

@JudyEv Yes, you are absolutely right, a lot of manual work has in the countryside. Probably but obesity goes with age too, my neighbors who are older women complain to me that they have the impression that they are getting fat from a glass of water I have never had a weight problem, nor have I ever kept a diet, I hope it stays that way.

@JudyEv I'm not a fan of cereals, I've never been. We mostly eat strong food here. Greasy, to put it simply

@LowRiderX I thought so! They look so pretty and fresh!!!
I can go all day with very little to eat. Dinner in the evening is my favorite meal, and I really look forward to them. Sometimes I have a little fruit or yogurt if I do feel hungry during the day.

@DianneN Yes! I bought that flower branch They have almost all colors, I love them because they last a long time and they look nice, they are quite rich branches.
I'm not hungry in the morning either, if I go to bed late, coffee also satisfies me, but sometimes I'm hungry, depends..

@LadyDuck It's amazing how different we all are, that's the charm. I can imagine my husband's face if I put cereals or fruit yogurt on him, for example we are used to stronger food, it's just amazing that I don't weigh 300 kg

@LowRiderX Strong food for breakfast is not something that Italians like.

@LadyDuck Yes, we are all different. A light dinner is practiced here, although it is also a matter of habit, I would say

@rakski Given the situation, let's say I'm fine, although there are periods when I get into a crisis, but it's probably normal, so they say, I have to go through this difficult period ... thank you for your interest

@LowRiderX Yes that's correct. l have a funny story about French toast. Years ago in Las Vegas at the Venetian hotel l had it for breakfast. It looked like a piece of art on the plate and too good to eat. I did not have a camera with me. A week later l thought l would try it at another hotel the Luxor. When they brought it to me it looked horrible just like road kill! I was so disappointing as l was looking forward to the same thing but it looked like it had been run over by a truck!

@garymarsh6 I believe that a lot depends on what kind of bread is prepared. Here we mostly prepare from yesterday's, which is slightly dried. It is not good if it is fresh because then it is too soft and the eggs remain somehow.. smooth

@LowRiderX I am not hungry for breakfast. 2 mugs of creamy English tea is enough for me the whole morning.

@Juliaacv And here we eat stronger food, a matter of habit, perhaps the culture of the whole nation. Breakfast should be the strongest, at least that's what they taught me
